Drink 1 to 2 cups of water a couple of minutes before you take the test, drink more if you think you need it.
Warm your finger with hot water. Right before the prick, massage it to get the blood to your fingertip, it should look red!
(don’t worry, prick sounds way worse than it really is!)
Use the lancet to prick your middle or ring finger of your non dominant hand.
You will need to fill the circle here on the paper, so just be patient this might take a minute or two for some of you! Keep massaging.

Your results will come in 3-4 days after submitting your sample. You'll be given updates on your test status and when you're results have been uploaded.
